In good Health : curcumin is better absorbed by the body with the presence of black pepper. Mix turmeric powder with ground black pepper and honey. Every morning, take a tablespoon of this elixir. You can add ginger.
Regressive : simply cook pastas (‘coquillettes’) in salted boiling water. Drain. Add a piece of salted butter and turmeric powder. Mix the pastas with the butter and turmeric. A nice looking dish which you will enjoy eating hot!
