Long Kampot Pepper tips
Minced Fennel, Miso Sauce and Salted Long Pepper

Starters : Mince the Salted Pepper in thin slices, and sprinkle the pieces on a salad, raw vegetables, tomatoes. On top of fresh goat cheese, feta cheese or fruit salad.
Mains: Slice several long salted peppers and put the pieces in a sauce or before finishing cooking a piece of meat (chicken breast with cream). To perfume and spice a fish or chicken cooked in foil paper.
